Adam Rogers, Chief Technology Officer
Adam Rogers is Ultimate Software's Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the company's product strategy, development, and delivery via the Cloud. Adam joined Ultimate more than 14 years ago and has helped lead the company in its pioneering efforts to deliver human capital management (HCM) solutions via Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), making Ultimate the first to deliver HR and payroll SaaS solutions.
As part of those efforts, Adam and his team have been recognized by Forrester Research and other leading IT research firms for Ultimate's development of best practices in agile software development.
Bill Hicks, Chief Relationship Officer
Bill Hicks is Ultimate Software’s Chief Relationship Officer, responsible for managing Ultimate’s ongoing relationships with 3,200+ customers. Bill previously served as Ultimate’s Chief Information Officer, overseeing the company’s award-winning IT team. While CIO at Ultimate, Bill was honored as the South Florida CIO Council’s Member of the Year, as well as South Florida Business Journal’s 2013 CIO of the Year.
Bill was instrumental in the launch and execution of Ultimate’s industry-leading cloud solutions, and he also has overseen the management of Ultimate’s teams for customer service, knowledge services, payment services, and business operations.
Cecile Alper-Leroux, VP Innovation
Cecile Alper-Leroux is currently the Vice President of Innovation at Ultimate Software. She is responsible for defining the vision and long-term direction of UltiPro and fostering a culture of innovation at Ultimate, resulting in the delivery of innovative people first solutions. She is also responsible for defining and carrying out the global vision and strategy for Ultimate’s human capital management solutions.
Cecile has over 20 year of experience, both as an HR practitioner and with HRMS product strategy, sales, and implementations in the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
Mitch Dauerman, Chief Financial Officer
Mitch Dauerman is Ultimate Software's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing the organization’s finances and administration. Since 1996, Mitch has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Ultimate Software’s executive team — providing more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Julie Dodd, Chief Services Officer
Julie Dodd is the Chief Services Officer Ultimate Software. Julie has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Services Officer since October 2013, responsible for all support and implementation services provided by the Company to its customers. Julie served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Mid-Market Services, from April 2010 until January 2014 and served as Vice President and General Manager of Mid-Market Operations from January 2009 until April 2010. From October 2007 to December 2008, she served as the Director of Product Strategy, with primary focus on the UltiPro Mid-Market product offering.
Vivian Maza, Chief People Officer
Vivian Maza has served as Ultimate Software's Chief People Officer since 2004. Before this, Vivian served as Ultimate's office manager from the company's inception in 1990. Vivian fosters Ultimate's unique and award-winning company culture by inspiring employees to continuously support and practice Ultimate's core values. Prior to joining Ultimate, she was a systems analyst for the wholesale division of ADP.
