Adam Rogers, Co-CEO & Chief Technology Officer
Adam Rogers began his career in 1997 as Ultimate Software’s very first intern and quickly became a leading innovator in the field. In 2002, Adam led his team to deliver the very first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud Enterprise solution, redefining industry standards by bringing HCM to the cloud. Today, Adam serves Ultimate as both Co-CEO and CTO, leading long-term corporate strategy as well as product innovation and IT. His teams are routinely recognized for their industry-leading innovations and Adam’s thought leadership work is regularly published in Forbes, InformationWeek, and a variety of online blogs and publications.
Bill Hicks, Chief Relationship Officer
Bill Hicks is Ultimate Software’s Chief Relationship Officer, responsible for managing Ultimate’s ongoing relationships with 3,200+ customers. Bill previously served as Ultimate’s Chief Information Officer, overseeing the company’s award-winning IT team. While CIO at Ultimate, Bill was honored as the South Florida CIO Council’s Member of the Year, as well as South Florida Business Journal’s 2013 CIO of the Year.
Bill was instrumental in the launch and execution of Ultimate’s industry-leading cloud solutions, and he also has overseen the management of Ultimate’s teams for customer service, knowledge services, payment services, and business operations.
Cecile Alper-Leroux, VP of HCM Innovation
Cecile Alper-Leroux is currently the Vice President of HCM Innovation at Ultimate Software. She is responsible for defining the vision and long-term direction of UltiPro and fostering a culture of innovation at Ultimate, resulting in the delivery of innovative people first solutions. She is also responsible for defining and carrying out the global vision and strategy for Ultimate’s human capital management solutions.
Cecile has over 20 year of experience, both as an HR practitioner and with HRMS product strategy, sales, and implementations in the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
Julie Dodd, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Julie Dodd is responsible for all aspects of Ultimate Software’s operations, as well as overseeing the company’s services. Julie joined Ultimate in 2007 and served as Chief Services Officer from 2013 to 2019, leading the company’s support and implementation for thousands of customers worldwide. Before becoming CSO, Julie held executive positions in Ultimate’s mid-market services, operations, and product strategy areas. Prior to joining Ultimate, Julie provided consulting services for large-scale implementations, operations-efficiencies projects, and cloud-product launches for a variety of service providers. From 2002 to 2005, she held various executive positions with Ceridian, supporting its small and mid-market solutions.
Vivian Maza, Chief Culture Officer
Vivian Maza served as Ultimate Software’s Chief People Officer from 2004—2019, when she took over as Chief Culture Officer. Before this, Vivian served as Ultimate’s office manager from the company’s inception in 1990. Vivian fosters Ultimate’s unique and award-winning company culture by inspiring employees to continuously support and practice Ultimate’s core values. Prior to joining Ultimate, she was a systems analyst for the wholesale division of ADP.
