Without a doubt, I’ve found myself with more unanswered questions this year than ever before. When will this pandemic be over? When will true equality be realized for everyone? Will things suddenly be better at 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 2021? While I might not know the answers to these questions, I do know that I’m not alone in my general feelings of curiosity leading into the new year.

Like many others, I’ve been grateful for having the flexibility to work from home during the pandemic, but I am curious about what the next year of work will look like for all of us. Fortunately, voices from all around the HR community are speaking up about the current state of work and its probable future.

I’ve gathered a few of my favorite videos from UKG’s HR Speaks Up series that have answered some of those questions I’ve been having. Let me know if any of them resonate with you.
