What’s more, we expect this convenience from day one. For organizations, that means providing new hires with a smooth onboarding experience that sets the foundation for positive and productive long-term relationships. It starts with trading mounds of paper that can overwhelm new employees for digital forms they can complete with a few simple clicks and a verified e-signature. With the ability to complete all the necessary forms from a preferred mobile device, and even before their first day, new hires can concentrate on connecting with their teams, be productive from the start, and immerse themselves in their new roles right away. The need for fast, convenient onboarding wasn’t a novel concept in 2016, and it won’t disappear in 2017.
