“Employee engagement means that employees feel like they make a difference and that they matter so they will go above and beyond to make sure the organization is successful. They take pride in their work so when the organization is doing well, then they are effective.

“To me, employee engagement means being part of a group of people who care for and support each other continuously. It is this support that has allowed me to thrive and reach goals I didn’t think were attainable just a few years ago.”

“Employee engagement means being allowed to bring your whole self to work. From running the Ulti Book Club and being part of an UltiCouple, the real me shows up to do a job I love every day and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

“Employee engagement feels like working with a family where you’ve got their back and they always have yours.”

“Employee engagement means a healthy work culture and happy employees. It builds strong bonds throughout the organization that last forever and promotes a healthy work environment with a sense of belonging.”
