As you might have guessed from the title of this article, today is a very special first day.
Say hello to UKG, our world-class, 12,000-employee global HR and workforce management company.
Since this is also my first day meeting many of you, I’ll share a not-so secret insight about me—I love data. More specifically, I love the way data complements the honed instincts and expertise of our exceptionally talented HR team. Together, these elements play a critically important role in helping us to pull the right levers to drive positive business outcomes and even better employee experiences.
Thankfully, I’m not alone in my affinity for creating impactful and measurable results. All 12,000-plus employees around the globe at UKG are pushing to innovate the way the world thinks about work—and we’re inviting you on this journey with us. In addition to combining the power of UKG’s leading global HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, we will be sharing industry thought leadership, hosting insightful events, reporting ground-breaking research, and more to empower organizations around the world to become the kind of workplaces their employees will absolutely love.
