It’s hard to believe nearly two months have passed since we announced a definitive merger agreement between Ultimate Software and Kronos Incorporated! With this merger, we have brought together two great people companies to form one global leader in the HR technology space.

The global atmosphere has changed significantly since our initial announcement, with COVID-19 upending both business and life as we know it.
