We hope you’ll be joining us next week at the Ultimate Software Connections Conference 2020 for three full days of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and learning so you and your entire organization can “Breakthrough.” During the conference, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with your peers, hear new ideas, and speak directly with our product experts and other UltiPro users. Top it all off with world-renowned keynote speakers, a life-changing community service project, and an intimate concert with Michael Bublé, and this event—celebrating our 30th anniversary—is truly one for the books. Plus, you’ll get an inside look into what the future looks like now that we’re merging with Kronos to become one of the largest cloud companies in the world.

Don’t forget to follow along or join the conversation on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #UltiConnect. We’ll be sharing updates, giving away prizes, and so, so much more!

What to Expect at Ultimate Software Connections Conference 2020

Our ethos has always been “People First”, and service is a core tenet of our culture. On Monday afternoon, after you check-in and get yourself situated, we invite you to join in assembling care packages that will be shipped around the world to deployed American heroes. We’ve partnered with HeroBox.org to help provide comprehensive care packages that address the specific needs of each hero, and with three different time slots, you’re bound to find one that works with your schedule.

We’ll kickoff Tuesday morning with a General Session before diving into a full day of learning. You’ll meet our new CEO, Aron Ain, and get an insider’s look into what the future holds for our products and services.

By crafting a personalized conference schedule from more than 80 breakout sessions on a wide range of topics, you’ll be able to hone in on the topics that truly matter to you so you can uncover the full capabilities of UltiPro and deliver the maximum value to your business. You’ll have the opportunity to share knowledge and best practices with your peers during networking events, receive personalized advice from Ultimate Software and partner representatives to help you meet your business goals, and attend hands-on learning sessions for an in-depth understanding of specific UltiPro features most relevant to you.

Tuesday evening, join us for an electric Welcome Reception Party at one of two locations: Club XS, one of the highest-rated night clubs in the U.S., will be hosting a high-energy dance party, and the Encore Ballroom will be filled with arcade games for a more relaxed, but no less entertaining, evening. Both venues will serve drinks and satisfying hors d’oeurves.

On Wednesday, after your customized breakout sessions, join us for an unforgettable general session. We can’t reveal our special guest just yet – you’ll have to follow along on our livestream or on #UltiConnect on social!

Wednesday evening, join us at The Ultimate Experience Reception to enjoy a drink, unwind, and network with your peers, executive relationship managers, and our partners.

Thursday morning kicks off with another heartfelt general session that just might bring you to tears. Mick Ebeling, CEO and founder of Not Impossible Labs, is back by popular demand to share the inspirational work his organization is doing to breakthrough and redefine what’s possible. Last year, Ultimate was so inspired by Mick’s work that we partnered to sponsor an invention to help humanity (affectionately referred to as an “Absurdity Project”). We collected 83 nominations from 2019 Connections attendees and Mick’s team has been working tirelessly since. We’ll learn more about the story chosen, the initial objectives, and the progress that’s been made on developing technology to assist not only Caitlin, the inspiration for the project, but anyone struggling with memory loss.

After the morning keynote, it’s another morning and afternoon of hands-on breakout sessions to help you make the most of your investment and fully leverage our technology to put your people first.

Finally, our legendary Customer Appreciation Party kicks off Thursday night in a brand-new ballroom, featuring beloved singer and songwriter Michael Bublé. After his intimate and soulful performance, we’ll dance the night away before regretfully saying farewell. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

This year was my 2nd year to attend the conference. I enjoyed it so much more than the 1st year. So much going on. As with anything Ultimate does, so organized. Loved meeting Ultimate staff who are so professional, knowledgeable and personable. Loved having lunch with other Ultimate clients who were in the banking & finance industry. Many thanks to Chun Harvey, our EPM. She is such a joy to work with. I recommend everyone who can to attend at least 1 conference. It will be well worth your time.
