Attendees recently heard from Gregg Paulk, director of information technologies at Anderson Center for Autism, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest-quality programs for children and adults with autism. Based in Staatsburg, New York, Anderson operates a school and residential campus comprising 19 facilities, as well as more than 20 adult houses and three day-habilitation programs, called LifeLong LearningSM Centers.
During the webcast, Paulk discussed how UltiPro has helped Anderson realize operational efficiencies, scale the organization from 500 to 850 employees working in more than 40 locations, and improve its talent management with the UltiPro’s predictive analytics tools.
A long-time Ultimate customer, Anderson has taken advantage of our free training courses and various educational resources available to all customers. According to Paulk, after learning about UltiPro’s predictive analytics, it was immediately clear Anderson could benefit from the talent management tools.
“I said, ‘Hey, we want this right now,” recalled Paulk, impressed by the data-based technology. “And within two weeks, Ultimate got us set up.”
Within a week of implementing UltiPro’s predictive analytics, Anderson noticed the effectiveness of tools such as the UltiPro Retention Predictor™, which forecasts an employee’s intent to stay or leave an organization within the next 12 months.
“We could see the staff that we really wanted to nurture based on high marks, as well as the ones who were trending toward trouble,” said Paulk. For the latter group, “we were able to call them in, ask them what was going on, and see what we could do so they’d decide to stay with us.”
Paulk described the experience with UltiPro’s predictive analytics tools as “phenomenal.” He also highlighted Anderson’s ongoing partnership with Ultimate, and how it has impacted the entire organization: “Ultimate continues to help us provide additional services to our staff and to our managers, so they’re able to better manage their staff.”
